Modern Spanish Revival | Living Room

Hi there! Recently I’ve wrapped up the Spanish Revival Living Room. Lets dive right in😍

Before this living room was very bare. I knew right away I wanted to bring in texture & color.

This was my rough draft digital design. I wanted to incorporate a chandelier, concrete coffee table and a gallery wall. Luckily, my client already had a spare chandelier we used for the space, beautiful shades & a mature indoor plant.

When creating my digital design I began with finding an area rug. Loloi rugs are perfect for an affordable vintage look. The quality is thinner and super soft. I bought 5 Loloi rugs for the Spanish Revival home. The one I picked for the living room is the Lagoon / Brick 9’-6” x 14’.

The hunt was on to find the perfect concrete coffee table. I found an affordable one with great quality at living spaces. Decor on top of coffee table is from target: olive tree, candle, coasters.

The furniture is absolutely gorgeous. I love the tan sectional from Skylar’s paired with the brown leather swivel chairs from Pottery Barn. Throw pillows are from Target and Pottery Barn: blue, gray in stores only, printed.

The vintage Italy photo prints are from Etsy: set 1, set 2. Frames are from Hobby Lobby.

All decor for the coffee bar is from Target and Bed Bath and Beyond: vase / stems, plates, coffee cups, Keurig, floating shelves, 2 tier serving tray, paper towel holder.

Stay tuned for the rest of the Modern Spanish Revival in California.
